Raul Da Nora began his carreer as a kitchen porter, at the young age of twelve.
He climbed up the ladder step by step, until he worked for the great Hotel Torralta, in Bragança, where he had the chance and privilege to serve President Ramalho Eanes, and President Mario Soares.
At the age of twenty-three, he opened his first restaurant at Bragança. Then Raul settled down in Montesson in 1993. Today he still rules the kitchen.
Today, at Brasa Gourmet, Raul does his very best to make you discover the best of Portuguese cuisine and specialities.
